Polishing cloth application of small knowledge
1. Once the gold phase polishing cloth is compatible with the abrasive, it is difficult to clean. If the abrasive needs to be replaced, it can only be matched upward. If 3um is used, 6um abrasive can be used, but 1um abrasive can not be used.
2. The polishing cloth needs to be fully moistened before using the abrasive, so that the abrasive particles can disperse and combine with the fiber space.
a. Use the suspension can be fully moistened with water, throw off the floating water and start to add the suspension.
b. The use of polishing paste and polishing spray can be moistened with a special lubrication dilution type 702 (water sensitive use type 704), first polishing spray or polishing paste and then diluent.
3. Polishing cloth can be reused in a short period of time. Before secondary use, special lubrication dilution solution is used to moisten, which can effectively awaken the abrasive deposited in the fabric to play a role again.
4. The polishing cloth will have sample debris residue, which needs to be cleaned, the cleaning method is to use general compound cleaner 742 or used suspension, cloth surface with water, the use of polishing paste with alcohol, low speed with plastic scraper from the center to the edge cleaning.
